Koiki is a Spain-based logistics company focused on sustainable last‑mile delivery and collection. It operates a network of neighborhood micro‑hubs and uses low‑emission methods such as walking and electric cargo bikes to reduce urban transport emissions. The company serves e‑commerce, parcel carriers, and retailers with localized distribution and pickup services.
In addition to standard deliveries, Koiki supports reverse logistics, including returns and scheduled collections that can facilitate circular economy initiatives (e.g., take‑back of packaging or textiles). Its operating model integrates social inclusion by collaborating with social entities to create local employment opportunities for people from vulnerable groups.
