Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Petroleum Branch (commonly known as Jiangsu Petroleum) is a provincial branch of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec), headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Established in 2000, with roots tracing back to the Jiangsu Provincial Petroleum Corporation founded in 1953, it serves as the primary supplier of refined oil products in Jiangsu.
The company operates over 2,600 gas stations, more than 2,300 convenience stores, 22 oil depots, and 1,070 km of refined oil pipelines. It manages 14 prefecture-level branches and two joint ventures, including Sinopec Shell (Jiangsu) Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd. Core businesses encompass sales of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, lubricants, natural gas, and non-fuel products, alongside emerging sectors like hydrogen energy, EV charging (over 10,000 terminals), and comprehensive automotive services.
Annually, it handles around 16 million tons of refined oil, supplies over 400 million cubic meters of natural gas, and generates sales exceeding 120 billion yuan. Jiangsu Petroleum emphasizes sustainability, pioneering China's first carbon-neutral gas station and oil depot, constructing 505 photovoltaic stations, and advancing green initiatives in energy stations.
