Intertrust N.V., also known as Intertrust Group, is a Netherlands-based provider of trust, corporate, fund, capital markets, and private wealth services. Headquartered in Amsterdam and founded in 1952, the company offers fiduciary, administrative, legal, and financial solutions including company formation, domiciliation, fund administration, escrow services, treasury management, and estate planning to multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds, and high-net-worth individuals.

Operating globally across more than 30 jurisdictions in Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, Intertrust was the largest trust office in the Netherlands prior to its acquisition by Corporation Service Company (CSC) in November 2022 for $2 billion. It has since integrated into CSC's operations, which rebranded Intertrust Group to CSC in 2024, enhancing its global business administration and compliance capabilities.
