ING Corporate Finance is the corporate finance advisory arm of ING’s Wholesale Banking business. Based in the Netherlands with an international footprint, it provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raising, strategic reviews, valuations, and fairness opinions for corporates and financial sponsors.
In the chemical value chain—including base chemicals, specialties, recycling, and bio-based fuels and feedstocks—the team advises on growth investments, divestments, joint ventures, and project development. It also collaborates with ING’s financing platforms to structure funding for large industrial and energy-transition projects. Activities commonly include arranging strategic partnerships and capital solutions to scale low‑carbon and circular technologies.
