Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ) is a government-backed Japanese investment company established as a public–private partnership to advance industrial innovation and competitiveness. Headquartered in Tokyo, it provides risk capital and strategic support through venture investments, growth equity, carve-outs, and business revitalization, working with both startups and established enterprises.
INCJ invests across technology and industrial fields relevant to the chemical value chain, including advanced materials, environmental and energy technologies, manufacturing, mobility, and electronics.
