HD Hyundai Oilbank

HD Hyundai Oilbank Co., Ltd. (에이치디현대오일뱅크 주식회사), headquartered in Seosan, South Korea, is a major petroleum refining company and part of the HD Hyundai Group. Founded in 1964 as Korea's first private oil refiner (originally Kukdong Oil Industry), it was acquired by the Hyundai Group in 1993.

The company operates the Daesan refinery with a crude oil processing capacity of approximately 690,000 barrels per day, producing premium gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, asphalt, LPG, lubricants, and petrochemical feedstocks such as mixed xylenes and aromatics. It maintains vertical integration in aromatics production and manages around 2,500 service stations nationwide.

HD Hyundai Oilbank supplies petroleum products across South Korea and engages in exports, while expanding into sustainable fuels like biodiesel and sustainable aviation fuel.
