Hassana Investment Company (Hassana) is a Saudi Arabian institutional investment manager and the investment arm of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). Headquartered in Riyadh, it manages GOSI’s long‑term pension and social insurance assets, making it one of the largest asset owners in the Middle East.
Hassana invests across public and private markets—covering equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity, infrastructure, and credit—both in Saudi Arabia and internationally. Its allocations include sectors linked to the chemical value chain, such as energy, utilities, and industrials, where it participates as a financial investor rather than an operator. By funding large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects, Hassana plays a role in enabling developments that can affect feedstocks, logistics, and growth across the petrochemical and broader chemicals sector.
The Jafurah project will start production by year-end, expanding gas capacity and supporting Saudi Arabia's growth in energy and petrochemicals.
