Incorporated as part of the group's international expansion, the Malaysian entity was awarded the Small Field Asset Production Sharing Contract (SFA PSC) for the Estuary Cluster by Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM) under PETRONAS in September 2026. This award represents Harvester's entry into Malaysia's upstream sector and supports PETRONAS' initiatives to develop stranded marginal resources.

The Estuary Cluster includes the Lerek, Korbu, and Diwangsa fields located in the Malay Basin offshore Peninsular Malaysia. The subsidiary leverages the parent's patented Pivotree small-field production system, which emphasizes reuse of existing oilfield infrastructure, minimized emissions, and sustainable operations for small, undeveloped fields.

Harvester Energy Pty Ltd, founded in 2022, focuses on commercializing globally stranded oil resources with a low-emissions approach and has additional interests through subsidiaries in the North Sea (UK) and Gulf of Mexico. The group maintains a small, experienced team specializing in subsea engineering, geology, and upstream operations.
