Harmony Row Acquisition Co. is a Delaware corporation and direct wholly-owned subsidiary of GlaxoSmithKline LLC, itself an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of GSK plc. Formed specifically to execute the acquisition of Nuvalent, Inc., the entity launched a cash tender offer in June 2026 to purchase all Class A and Class B shares of the oncology-focused biotechnology company at $124 per share. Upon completion, subject to conditions including regulatory approvals, the purchaser will merge with Nuvalent, which will continue as a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of GSK LLC.
