Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (GSPC) is a Government of Gujarat energy company focused on natural gas and oil. Established in 1979 and headquartered in Gandhinagar, it operates across exploration and production, natural gas and LNG sourcing, marketing and trading, and midstream development through group entities. The company supplies gas to industrial, power, city-gas, and fertilizer sectors in Gujarat and across India.
For the chemical industry, GSPC is a key provider of natural gas and regasified LNG used as fuel and feedstock, and contributes to regional gas infrastructure and market development. Its activities support reliable access to gas for petrochemical, specialty chemical, and allied manufacturing clusters, particularly in western India.
