Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark BV (GRESB) is a Netherlands-based organization that provides standardized environmental, social, and governance (ESG) assessments, scoring, and peer benchmarks for real assets. Its programs cover real estate portfolios as well as infrastructure funds and assets. GRESB collects and validates annual ESG data from asset managers and operators, applying a consistent methodology to enable comparability, performance tracking, and investor due diligence.
