The group operates an integrated chemical complex through its main companies, including Kutch Chemical Industries Limited (KCIL) and Panoli Intermediates (India) Pvt. Ltd. Manufacturing facilities are located in Nandesari (Vadodara), Jhagadia (Bharuch), and the Kutch region (Gandhidham/Padana) of Gujarat, benefiting from proximity to chloro-alkali plants, all-weather ports like Kandla and Mundra, and strong infrastructure. Core processes include chlorination, nitration, sulfonation, hydrogenation, ethoxylation, and ammonolysis.

Key products encompass dyes intermediates, chlorinated aromatic compounds, nitro chloro aromatics, chlorinated paraffin, vinyl sulphone ester, sodium nitrite/nitrate, and other specialty chemicals serving pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, dyes, plastics, rubber, textiles, pesticides, pigments, and oil & refinery sectors. The group exports to more than 30 countries, including the USA, Europe, Turkey, Brazil, and China, and its flagship companies hold Star Export House status from the Government of India.

Family-owned and led by the Goyal family (with directors including Shivlal Goyal and Jai Prakash Goyal), the group emphasizes sustainability through zero-discharge plants, captive power generation, renewable energy (wind and solar), and by-product utilization. It recently commissioned a major 220,000 MTPA chlor-alkali plant using thyssenkrupp nucera technology. The group positions itself as an emerging market leader in India's specialty chemicals industry, focusing on quality, export growth, and capacity expansion.
