Fuella AS is a Norwegian project developer specializing in green hydrogen and ammonia production facilities powered by renewable energy. Established in 2020 and headquartered in Norway, the company develops, builds, and operates commercial-scale plants. It has secured a minority investment from Allianz Capital Partners.
Fuella is advancing multiple projects, including the Skipavika Green Ammonia facility in Norway and two 400,000-tonne-per-annum plants in Brazil at the ports of Pecém and Açu. In June 2026, it awarded pre-FEED contracts for the Brazilian projects to thyssenkrupp Uhde.
