Fuella AS is a Norwegian project developer specializing in green hydrogen and ammonia production facilities powered by renewable energy. Established in 2020 and headquartered in Norway, the company develops, builds, and operates commercial-scale plants. It has secured a minority investment from Allianz Capital Partners.
Fuella is advancing multiple projects, including the Skipavika Green Ammonia facility in Norway and two 400,000-tonne-per-annum plants in Brazil at the ports of Pecém and Açu. In June 2026, it awarded pre-FEED contracts for the Brazilian projects to thyssenkrupp Uhde.
Pre‑FEEDs will optimise concept and integration for two 400 ktpa renewable‑powered ammonia plants at Pecém and Açu, covering electrolysis, balance of plant and ammonia offloading.
