Takeda proposes new board slate and nominates Julie Kim as CEO
Current CEO Christophe Weber will retire at the June 24 shareholder meeting; Bruce Broussard, Koichiro Kimura and Paul Stoffels proposed as new external directors; six existing externals to retire.
