EPISPOL, a.s. is a Czech chemical manufacturer of liquid epoxy resins (LER) based in Ústí nad Labem. Established in 2002 as a JV between Spolchemie (majority) and DIC Corporation (Japan, ~10% stake), it operates dedicated production units (Epispol I & II) with ~60,000 TPA capacity since 2007 as part of the Spolchemie group.
