Eni Rewind S.p.A. is an Italian environmental services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Eni S.p.A., headquartered in San Donato Milanese near Milan. Formerly known as Syndial S.p.A., it specializes in the remediation of industrial sites, management and treatment of waste and contaminated soil and water, and resource recovery under circular economy principles. The company primarily supports Eni Group operations in the chemicals, refining, upstream, and logistics sectors while also serving external public and private clients. It oversees more than 100 active sites in Italy with a workforce of around 1,000. Eni Rewind participates in projects such as the Ravenna Environmental Hub, a redevelopment initiative for waste treatment and industrial regeneration developed with Hera.
