The European Network for Gynaecological Oncological Trial Groups (ENGOT) is a non-profit European research network that unites national and regional trial groups to design, conduct, and report multicenter clinical studies in gynecologic cancers, including ovarian, endometrial, cervical, and vulvar cancers.
ENGOT coordinates protocol development, site selection, data management, and quality assurance across its member groups, enabling phase II–III trials and translational research across multiple countries. The network collaborates with academic centers and biopharmaceutical sponsors to evaluate novel therapeutics and treatment strategies, supporting efficient trial start-up and consistent operational standards. Findings from ENGOT-led studies contribute to clinical practice and regulatory evidence for new oncology treatments.
