Elfeko S.A. is a Polish company headquartered in Gdynia that specializes in the construction of electrical power infrastructure, including high-voltage substations and transmission lines, as well as telecommunications installations and renewable energy projects such as onshore and offshore wind farms.
Founded in 1987, the firm focuses on comprehensive electroenergetic projects and has participated in major grid developments, including the Choczewo 400 kV substation delivered in consortium with SPIE Energy Poland for investor Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne to support offshore wind integration.

Choczewo substation now feeds Baltic Power and will route offshore wind into Poland’s 400 kV grid; full project completion is scheduled for 2027.
