Elengy

Elengy is a French operator of liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminals. The company manages, maintains, and develops LNG reception and regasification infrastructure that enables the import of natural gas into France and supports supply to European markets. Elengy is a subsidiary of GRTgaz.

Its asset base includes three LNG terminals: Montoir-de-Bretagne on the Atlantic coast, and Fos Tonkin and Fos Cavaou near Marseille on the Mediterranean coast (the latter operated via subsidiary Fosmax LNG). Elengy provides regulated third‑party access and a range of services such as ship unloading and loading, LNG storage, regasification and send-out to the transmission network, transshipment, and truck-loading for small-scale LNG distribution and bunkering. The company plays a role in security of gas supply and flexibility for market participants through long- and short-term capacity offerings.
