The EIB Advisory Hub, also known as the European Investment Advisory Hub (EIAH) or InvestEU Advisory Hub, is a joint initiative of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Group and the European Commission. Launched in 2015 as part of the EU's Investment Plan for Europe, it serves as a single entry point for advisory services, technical assistance, and capacity building to project promoters across the European Union.
Managed by the EIB under the InvestEU Programme, it supports the identification, preparation, structuring, and implementation of investment projects in key policy areas, including sustainable infrastructure, innovation, energy transition, circular economy, and small businesses. While not exclusively focused on the chemical industry, it facilitates advisory for green and sustainable projects that may encompass chemical-related innovations, such as low-carbon technologies and resource efficiency.
The Hub consolidates access to multiple EU advisory schemes, helping public and private entities bridge market gaps without guaranteeing financing. It has evolved to support over €372 billion in InvestEU investments through 2027.
