About Donlin Gold

Donlin Gold Holdings is a holding company wholly owned by Paulson Advisers LLC and its affiliates. It holds a 40% ownership interest in Donlin Gold LLC, the entity developing the Donlin Gold project in southwest Alaska, partnering with NOVAGOLD Resources Inc., which owns the remaining 60%. The two parties share equal voting and operating control.

The Donlin Gold project is one of the world's largest undeveloped open-pit gold deposits, featuring approximately 39-40 million ounces of gold in measured and indicated resources grading about 2.2 g/t. Located 10-12 miles north of Crooked Creek on lands with surface rights held by The Kuskokwim Corporation and subsurface rights by Calista Corporation, the project envisions an open-pit mine with potential annual production of over one million ounces for 27 years.

Currently advancing toward development, recent efforts include a bankable feasibility study led by Fluor Corporation, with engineering contracts awarded to WSP, Worley Alaska, and Hatch for infrastructure like a 316-mile natural gas pipeline from Cook Inlet, scheduled for completion in 2027.
