HIC Disensa S.A. (Disensa) operates Holcim’s branded retail and franchise network for building materials in Latin America. The network supplies cement, dry-mix mortars, aggregates, rebar and complementary construction supplies, together with construction chemicals such as adhesives, waterproofing and sealants.
As a primarily franchised platform, Disensa focuses on last‑mile distribution to contractors, small builders and homeowners, providing product availability, basic technical guidance and delivery options. In some markets it trades as Disensa Mateco. The business forms part of Holcim’s downstream distribution activities, linking cement and concrete producers with end users across local markets.
