DIALOG Equity (Three) Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian private limited company incorporated on 6 September 2024 as a wholly owned subsidiary of DIALOG Group Berhad.
The company functions primarily as an investment holding entity within the DIALOG Group, which is a leading integrated technical service provider to the energy sector listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
In January 2025, DIALOG Equity (Three) Sdn. Bhd. subscribed for a 27.78% equity interest in PG Cold Energy 1 Sdn. Bhd. (PGCE1, formerly Regas Terminal (Pengerang) Sdn. Bhd.), a joint venture with PETRONAS Gas Berhad. This participation supports the development and operation of an Air Separation Unit (ASU) facility in Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia, utilizing LNG as feedstock to produce industrial gases.
Headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, the entity operates exclusively in Malaysia and contributes to the Group's midstream and sustainable energy initiatives, including low-carbon projects aligned with the transition to cleaner energy solutions.
As part of DIALOG Group's corporate structure, it exemplifies the use of dedicated subsidiaries for strategic joint ventures in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, enhancing the parent's position as a key player in regional energy infrastructure and storage solutions.
