Deltalinqs is the business association representing companies in the Port of Rotterdam industrial cluster and the wider Rotterdam–Moerdijk region. Its membership spans petrochemical producers, refineries, energy suppliers, tank storage and terminals, logistics firms, and a broad range of industrial service providers.
The organization advocates on behalf of its members on regulation, spatial and energy infrastructure, environmental and safety standards, security, and labor market issues. It convenes industry, government bodies, network operators, and the Port of Rotterdam Authority to align policy and investment for a reliable, competitive, and safe industrial ecosystem.
Through the Deltalinqs Climate Program, the association supports the region’s energy transition by coordinating roadmaps and projects in areas such as hydrogen, electrification, carbon capture, CO₂ transport and storage, industrial heat and steam networks, and circular economy solutions. Deltalinqs also facilitates knowledge sharing and collective initiatives that help member companies meet decarbonization targets while safeguarding operational continuity.
