АО «Банк Развития Казахстана» (Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, DBK) is a state-owned national development bank headquartered in Astana, Kazakhstan. Established in 2001, it is fully owned by Baiterek National Management Holding JSC.

DBK focuses on financing medium- and long-term investment projects in the non-resource sector to promote sustainable economic growth and diversification. It supports manufacturing industries—including chemistry, petrochemistry, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical engineering—as well as infrastructure (energy, transport, telecommunications), agribusiness, food production, services, and export operations.

The bank provides loans for investment and export activities, guarantees, mezzanine financing, leasing through subsidiaries, and interbank lending, while integrating ESG principles into its operations. As of 2024, DBK reported assets of 5,648 billion tenge and equity of 962 billion tenge.
