Wholly owned subsidiary of Cyclics Corporation (USA) focused on development, production and marketing of polymer materials and technologies. It owned and operated the first commercial CBT resin plant (2,500 TPA capacity) co-located at the BASF Schwarzheide site in Brandenburg, Germany (commissioned 2005; later in liquidation).
