It operates a gigafactory in Taiwan and has shipped over 2.4 million cells since 2013, including more than 800,000 third-generation units. ProLogium holds over 1,100 patents and focuses on applications in electric vehicles, energy storage, aerospace, robotics, and defense. In May 2026, it announced a definitive business combination agreement with Translational Development Acquisition Corp. (TDAC), a Nasdaq-listed SPAC.
