Cirqlar Tech S.r.l. is an Italian subsidiary of NextChem, part of the MAIRE group. The company develops innovative technologies for recycling waste streams, including plastics and other materials, to advance circular solutions in the chemical industry.
Headquartered in Italy, it focuses on resource recovery from post-consumer and industrial waste. In June 2026, through its parent, it acquired a 70% stake in ETEK S.r.l., which owns SISEMTEK S.r.l., adding capabilities in pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical processes for recovering precious and strategic metals such as copper, gold, silver, platinum and palladium from e-waste, spent catalysts, batteries and other residues.
