Chiba Chemicals Manufacturing LLP (千葉ケミカルマニュファクチャリング有限責任事業組合, commonly known as CCM) is a Japan-based limited liability partnership in the Chiba petrochemical hub. Established in 2010 as a 50–50 joint venture between Idemitsu Kosan and Mitsui Chemicals, the company supports integrated petrochemical operations in the region.
CCM’s activities center on basic petrochemicals, coordinating production and supply of olefin fractions such as ethylene, propylene, and C4 streams. It facilitates shared operations and feedstock handling among partner facilities in Chiba, aiming to optimize production planning and ensure stable supply to downstream chemical value chains.
