Catalytic Finance Foundation (CFF) is an independent, non-profit organization that designs and manages blended-finance initiatives to mobilize private capital for climate and sustainable development projects, with an emphasis on emerging and frontier markets.
CFF provides technical assistance and catalytic funding for early-stage project preparation, capacity building, environmental and social risk management, and impact measurement. Working with development finance institutions, investors, governments, and companies, it helps de-risk investments and scale solutions across sectors relevant to the chemical and materials value chain, including waste management, recycling, water, renewable energy, and nature-based infrastructure.
