Booz & Company was a global management consulting firm that advised corporations on strategy, operations, organization, and transformation. Active across sectors, it worked with the chemical industry—including petrochemicals and specialty chemicals—on growth, portfolio, supply chain, and performance improvement topics.
The firm was created in 2008 when the commercial consulting business separated from Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2014 it was acquired by PwC and rebranded Strategy&, which continues the firm’s work as PwC’s strategy consulting practice.
For chemical producers, Booz & Company typically supported corporate and business-unit strategy, M&A and post-merger integration, cost and complexity reduction, go-to-market design, and capability building, as well as initiatives related to sustainability and digital operations.
