Boliden Kevitsa Mining Oy (Boliden Kevitsa) is a Finnish mining company that operates the Kevitsa open-pit nickel–copper sulfide mine near Sodankylä in Lapland. It is a subsidiary of Boliden, the Nordic mining and smelting group.
The operation produces nickel and copper concentrates, with cobalt, gold, and platinum group metals recovered as by-products. Concentrates are supplied primarily to Boliden’s Harjavalta smelter, supporting the regional non‑ferrous metals supply chain for industrial and electrical applications.
