Blastr Green Steel (Blastr) is a Nordic industrial company developing large-scale production of low‑carbon “green” steel using hydrogen-based direct reduction of iron in combination with electric arc furnace technology powered by renewable electricity. Its approach aims to deliver flat steel products with a substantially lower lifecycle CO₂ footprint than conventional blast furnace–basic oxygen furnace routes.
