Dutch project company (BER BV) set up circa 2006-2007 to develop a planned wheat-based bioethanol plant (110,000 t/year capacity) in Botlek, Port of Rotterdam. Involved Chemical Processing Consult, HES Beheer and others; later linked to Cambi ASA before 2020 sale. Project not realized.
