Baltic Chemical Plant LLC (Baltic Chemical Plant) is a Russian petrochemical project company and a subsidiary of RusGazDobycha. The company is responsible for developing and operating an integrated gas-to-chemicals complex in the Ust-Luga area of Leningrad Oblast.

The complex is designed to process ethane-rich natural gas into ethylene and downstream polyethylene, among other products. Baltic Chemical Plant oversees project development, engineering, procurement, and construction, working with international technology licensors and EPC contractors across cracking, polymerization, and environmental treatment units. The project is intended to supply large-scale polyethylene capacity for domestic use and export via Baltic Sea logistics.
