About Archroma

Archroma is a Switzerland-based global supplier of specialty chemicals and color solutions serving the textile, paper and packaging, and coatings and adhesives value chains. The company was created in 2013 from the former textile, paper and emulsions business of Clariant and is owned by investment firm SK Capital Partners.

Its portfolio spans dyes and pigments, optical brightening agents, process and functional auxiliaries, surface and finishing chemicals, and emulsion polymers. These technologies are used to color, strengthen, size, coat, and protect fibers and fabrics, paper and board, and a range of industrial materials.

Archroma operates manufacturing, R&D, and application laboratories worldwide and provides technical support to mills, converters, and brand supply chains. In 2023 it acquired Huntsman Textile Effects, expanding its textile chemicals capabilities. The company focuses on product performance, regulatory compliance, and resource efficiency across its operations.
