Agência Nacional de Petróleo de São Tomé e Príncipe (ANP‑STP) is the national petroleum regulator of São Tomé and Príncipe. It oversees the country’s oil and gas sector, with a focus on offshore exploration and potential development in the Gulf of Guinea.
ANP‑STP’s mandate covers regulation of upstream activities, organization of licensing rounds, negotiation and administration of petroleum contracts, and management of national petroleum data.
