German GmbH founded ~2007 as project entity for the bioethanol plant (capacity ~52,000 t/year) integrated with Zuckerfabrik Anklam sugar factory in Anklam, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Initially under Danisco, acquired by Royal Cosun/Suiker Unie in 2009; merged into Suiker Unie GmbH & Co. KG in 2016. Operated bioethanol production from sugar beet thick juice.
