ACME Group, legally ACME Cleantech Solutions Private Limited, is an Indian clean energy company headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. Founded in 2003, it develops and operates projects focused on green hydrogen, green ammonia, and green methanol production.
The company runs a pilot-scale green hydrogen and ammonia facility in Bikaner, Rajasthan, and advances larger projects in Odisha, including facilities in Gopalpur and Paradip. It also participates in initiatives in Duqm, Oman. These efforts target domestic fertilizer and chemical sectors as well as export markets.
ACME has entered long-term offtake agreements, including supply of approximately 405,000 tonnes per year of green ammonia to IHI Corporation and 100,000 tonnes per year of green methanol to Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, with commercial operations expected from 2029 onward. The projects support low-carbon fuel and feedstock applications under international decarbonization frameworks.
