A2A S.p.A. is an Italian multi-utility group headquartered in Milan and Brescia and listed on the Borsa Italiana. Formed in 2008 from the merger of AEM Milano and ASM Brescia, the company operates across electricity generation and trading, retail energy supply, electricity and gas distribution (via Unareti), district heating and cogeneration, environmental services and waste-to-energy (A2A Ambiente), and integrated water services in selected territories.

A new nine-year PPA supports green energy growth, supplying 87.6 GWh annually from wind and solar, reducing CO2 emissions by 44,000 tons and boosting renewable use by 2026.
