The Oil and Gas Machinery Forum is an annual industry event focused on the development of oil and gas machinery manufacturing in Kazakhstan. Organized by the International Center for Development of Oil and Gas Machinery (IMBC) in cooperation with the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, it gathers major oil and gas operators (such as TCO, NCOC, KPO), local manufacturers, and government representatives.
The forum features discussions on localization, supplier qualification, technology transfer, and integration of Kazakhstani producers into supply chains. It includes an exhibition of equipment, contract signing ceremonies, and open doors days with visits to production facilities.
In 2025, held on October 10 in Aktau, contracts worth over USD 440 million were signed between operators and local suppliers, including USD 150 million by Tengizchevroil (TCO).
