The AtyrauGeo-2026 VI International Scientific and Practical Geological Conference was organized by the Kazakhstan Society of Petroleum Geologists (KSPG) and held on April 23-24, 2026, in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
It brought together approximately 250 specialists from over six countries, as well as representatives from the Atyrau Oblast Akimat, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KazMunayGas National Company JSC, the KAZENERGY Association, and other industry and scientific organizations.
Tengizchevroil LLP participated as a gold sponsor. Discussions addressed challenges in oil and gas exploration and production at ultra-deep horizons. A book about Baltabek Kuandykov, founder of KSPG, was presented.
