PetroHR Conference: Human Capital for the New Industrial Era of Kazakhstan

PetroHR-2026 is an annual industry conference organized by PetroCouncil (Нефтегазовый совет Казахстана) on human resources management in Kazakhstan's oil and gas sector. It provides a platform for HR professionals from major operators to exchange experiences and discuss topics including talent localization, leadership development, technology integration in HR processes, employee well-being, and workforce strategies. Tengizchevroil (TCO) served as the general sponsor. The event featured plenary and panel sessions with representatives from TCO, NCOC, KPO, KazMunayGas, QazaqGaz, and other companies, as well as experts on HR topics. It was held at Infinity Event Hall in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
