ENACT Majlis

ENACT Majlis is an annual high-level gathering that convenes approximately 100 global leaders from the energy, technology, investment, and policy sectors. Held under the Chatham House Rule in the Emirati tradition of a majlis, it fosters open dialogue to align action plans and accelerate solutions for sustainable economic prosperity. The 2026 edition takes place in Abu Dhabi ahead of ADIPEC, focusing on building resilience in the global energy economy through infrastructure investment, freedom of navigation, and the integration of AI.
