drinktec is the world's leading trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry, held every four years in Munich. The 2025 edition took place from September 15 to 19 at the Munich Trade Fair Center (Messe München), featuring exhibitors from around 70 countries across 11 halls with a net exhibition area of 74,000 m².
It covers the entire value chain for beverages including beer, soft drinks, water, juices, milk, wine, spirits, and liquid foods like sauces. Key elements include product innovations (172 new products presented), a supporting programme at the Liquidrome with panels and keynotes, a Startup Zone, and areas for new beverage concepts.
Around 1,107 exhibitors and 58,281 visitors (68% international) attended, with a focus on trends such as circularity, resource management, data utilization, and sustainability.
