Martial law has been imposed in Ukraine from February 24, 2022, according to the Law of Ukraine. As a critical infrastructure entity, KARPATNAFTOCHIM Ltd. has shut down its production facilities for the duration of martial law. However, the company is ready to comply with the requirements of the martial law regime. They urge everyone to maintain peace and calm during this time.
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the imposition of martial law in Ukraine” No. 7111 dated February 24, 2022, martial law is imposed from 5:30 a.m. February 24, 2022 throughout Ukraine.
To prevent any potential adverse consequences and taking into account the fact that KARPATNAFTOCHIM Ltd. is a critical infrastructure entity, we report of the shutdown of production facilities for a duration of martial law.
At the same time, KARPATNAFTOCHIM Ltd. announces its readiness to implement the measures of the martial law regime in compliance with the current statutory requirements of Ukraine.
